Branding Guidelines
This page defines styles and best practices for The Lakefront at Little Elm™ brand. It is not meant to be an exhaustive set of rules but rather a guide to keeping the brand consistent and cohesive across channels.
Brand Principles:
Brand principles are critical to brand strategy. They are what sets The Cove at The Lakefront™ apart from other aquatic facilities and should be in all things we do — from social media posts to videos.
The Cove at The Lakefront™ can be styled:
The Cove at The Lakefront™ or The Cove™
Who We Are:
The newest addition to the Town of Little Elm, Texas, The Cove at The Lakefront™ is a 42,000-square-foot, destination water park!
Splash away in the zero-depth splash ground, catch a wave on our FlowRider® Double or take a relaxing ride down our lazy river. You can stay and play all day! You can even host your next birthday party, family gathering, or corporate event with us!
The Cove™ will be open all year long and features something for everyone and all ages!
Logo Usage:
To ensure legibility, always keep a minimum clear space around the logo. This allows the mark to be isolated from other elements such as other logos or copy that might conflict with, overcrowd, or lessen the logo’s impact. The minimum clear space recommended is at least .50” around the logo.
Follow these guidelines for logo usage:
– Use approved logo assets
– Provide minimum clear space around the logo
– When possible, contrast the logo from the background
– Never stray from the approved logo color palette
– Do not modify logo without consent of the Marketing & Communications department, including spacing, alignment, proportions, alignment, or other design elements
– Do not add effects such as a drop shadow or glow
– Do not contain the logo in a box when used on a background (unless part of other design elements)
Logo:
The primary logo is a stacked logo consisting of the words ‘The Cove at The Lakefront’ with the trademark symbol ‘™’. A waterslide is wrapped around the ‘T’. The logo can be scaled to size (maintaining ratios), but ideally should never be smaller than 1” tall.

Secondary Logo:
The secondary logo is a horizontal logo with the words ‘The Cove at The Lakefront’ with the trademark symbol ‘™’. The logo can be scaled to size (maintaining ratios), but ideally should never be smaller than 1” tall.

Other Logos:
The logo can be used without the slide around the ‘T”, but something must replace the slide, i.e., a wave, a pumpkin, a snowflake.

Color Palette:
The bright color palette is reminiscent of the amenity’s activities and mood of the facility.
