Buddy Pass
Bring a Buddy!
- Buddy Pass add-on is available for Family Memberships only
- Buddy can be any one guest per day (card will only scan once per day)
- Buddy must accompany someone on the Family Membership account; Family Membership must be in good standing
- Each family will receive one “Buddy Pass” membership card; guest will scan card upon arrival to The Cove™

Membership Cancellations:
We understand that life changes, and we want to make membership management as easy as possible. You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a cancellation form either online through the link in our website, or in person with The Cove front desk staff. Memberships can be canceled with no penalty, and need to be submitted at least five (5) days before your next billing cycle.
Refunds:
- Annual Memberships: Within the first 6 months of purchase, prorated refunds for annual memberships are available with proof of medical necessity, or long distance relocation. After the first six (6) months, annual memberships are non-refundable.
- Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships are billed on an auto draft billing schedule. Cancellations must be received at least five (5) days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month. No prorated refunds are available for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Seasonal Memberships: Our Seasonal membership packages will be set to expire with the final date of that “season”. No prorated refunds are available for mid-season cancellations.
- Unused Membership Benefits: Refunds are not issued for unused membership benefits once the cancellation has been processed.
