Water Exercise at The Cove™

The Cove™ offers a variety of water exercise classes for people of all ages including Water Aerobics, Water Walking, and Lap Swim.

As we prepare for our summer schedule, there will be no Water Walking or Lap Swim from May 11 – May 22.

Monday, May 25: Water Activities are from 9-11 a.m.

Thursday, May 28: Water Activities are from 9-11 a.m.

Location: The Cove™ | 417 Lakefront Dr.

Water Aerobics

  • Monday & Thursday, 6-7 p.m.
  • Low impact workout using water resistance and aerobic techniques

Water Walking

  • Monday & Thursday, 9-11 a.m.
  • No instruction needed
  • Location: Cove Lazy River

Lap Swim

  • Monday & Thursday, 9-11 a.m.
  • No instruction needed
  • Takes place in the two lap lanes

Pricing

The Rec™ and/or The Cove™ Members

  • All water exercise classes are included in membership—no extra charge
  • Members must present membership card upon arrival

Non-Members:

Ages

  • 12 years and older welcome with guardian supervision
  • 15 years and older welcome without a guardian

What to Bring

  • Towel
  • Swimsuit
  • Water shoes (recommended)
  • Water bottle (recommended, glass prohibited)
