Water Exercise at The Cove™
The Cove™ offers a variety of water exercise classes for people of all ages including Water Aerobics, Water Walking, and Lap Swim.

Water Aerobics
Off-Season Water Aerobics
Water Aerobics will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 6-7 p.m.
Low impact workout using water resistance and aerobic techniques
Water Walking
Off-Season Water Walking
Water Walking will have off-season hours of Monday & Wednesday, 9-11 a.m.
No instruction needed
Takes place in the Lazy River
Lap Swim

Takes place in the two lap lanes
The Rec™ and/or The Cove™ Members
- All water exercise classes are included in membership—no extra charge
- Members must present membership card upon arrival
Non-Members:
- $5 drop-in charge
