The Cove™ offers a variety of water exercise classes for people of all ages including Water Aerobics, Water Walking, and Lap Swim.

Water Aerobics
Monday & Thursday, 6-7 p.m.
Low impact workout using water resistance and aerobic techniques
Water Walking
Monday &Thursday, 9-11 a.m.
No instruction needed
Location: Cove Lazy River
Lap Swim
Monday & Thursday, 9-11 a.m.
No instruction needed
Takes place in the two lap lanes
The Rec™ and/or The Cove™ Members
- All water exercise classes are included in membership—no extra charge
- Members must present membership card upon arrival
Non-Members:
- $5 drop-in charge
